How do I track my order?
 
Once you place an order you will receive an email within 1 bussiness day with the tracking number. We ship via USPS tracking can be done on the USPS website.

How do I return an item?
 
If you are unhappy with an item or need to exchange email or call customer care within 14 days of receipt and they will assist you with the return. Please be able to provide the order number.
 
You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost.
 
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
 
If an item is damaged or defective, we will either replace it or offer a full refund including return shipping costs. To expedite return service email us a photo of damage/defect. The replacement or refund will be issued once the damaged / defective item has been received at our office.

What is your returns policy?

 

We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with within 14 days of the receipt. All Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached. Accesories & sale items will be final sale & canot be exchanged or returned.

 

For the return or exchange service, the buyer is responsible for the return postage. We are not responsible for the lost during the return. We recommend customers to purchase insurance.

 

We will inspect all returned items carefully prior to making a final determination as to whether to issue a refund or exchange. If the item is not in new, unused condition, or if we cannot locate the damage or defect as the buyer described, We reserve the right to offer a partial, rather than a full refund.
